Liza GmbH (hereinafter "we" or "Liza"), based in Aachen, Germany, engages certain third-party providers as subprocessors within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR to deliver our services. These companies process personal data exclusively in accordance with our instructions and on the basis of a data processing agreement (DPA).

Where personal data is transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), this is done on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the EU Commission pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR or an adequacy decision pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR.
We reserve the right to add, replace or remove subprocessors. We will notify our customers of material changes by email with a notice period of 30 days, where contractually agreed. The current version of this list is always available on this page.
